Saint Clair Vineyard Kitchen and Cellar door
We are welcoming applicants with experience who have a love of food, wine and customer service to join our team for a September start date. Working through the summer season end date open to negotiation.
We have social work hours and a great working environment. We are seeking fulltime candidates.
Working week of Wed - Sunday
With work available immediately
Candidates must have an approved appropriate working visa status.

Front of House/Wait Staff
Duties of Employee - The duties of the Employee during the term of this agreement shall include (but not be limited to) the following:
Accountable to the Restaurant Manager, the Front of House/Wait Staff are responsible for providing the highest level of customer service and a memorable Saint Clair experience for visitors to the Saint Clair Vineyard Kitchen.
1. Restaurant – assist in the restaurant as required. Tasks may include:
• Setting up and clearing away tables
• Meeting and greeting guests in a friendly professional manner
• Distributing menus and taking customer orders
• Communicating with other staff to ensure orders are met
• Delivering food and beverages
• Ensuring the needs of the customer are met
• Ensuring the Restaurant and Cellar Door is clean and tidy.
• Assisting with cleaning floors, toilets etc as required
2. Customer Service and Communication
• Liaising with all customers in a friendly and courteous manner
• Maintaining a tidy professional standard of dress and presentation
• Encouraging open communication with customers and staff
• Responding to all customer and staff feedback in a professional manner
3. Kitchen (if required)
• If required, maintaining kitchen area to a health and safety standard.
4. Perform administrative duties as required. These may include the following tasks:
• Assisting with attaching medal/award stickers to bottles
• Answering telephone queries (if required)
5. Training
• Taking responsibility for self-initiated learning and upskilling as necessary
6. Other
• Filling in for staff members taking time off
• General outdoor duties
• Attend meetings as required
• Work with directors (Sarina and Julie) as required
