Dairy Farm Assistant

We are looking for Dairy farm assistant for our beautiful 650 farm in Hurunui district for period of time June - November. Position although could be extended for the right applicant.  Farm is located only about 1hr North of Christchurch. This position would be perfect for someone who has some experience with milking, riding quad bike and motorbike, driving tractor or working with farm animals. We although wouldn't mind someone with no experience at all. All you need is:

• Be currently in New Zealand with valid working visa
• Be drug free
• Have full drivers licence
• Good work attitude and positive approach with animals

Your main duties will include, but won't be limited to

• Milking cows
• Bringing cows for milking on motorbike
• Cleaning cowshed and farm
• Weed control
• Feeding calves
