Hostel Assistant Manager

Grafton Backpackers is looking for a new full time assistant manager!

must have expieriance living in hostels and be confident and friendly talking to guests, be reliable, fun and a team player and be able to commit to at least 3 months though longer is preffered.

Grafton Backpackers is a chilled out hostel 5 minutes from Queen st and K'rd and central to all the auckland suburbs

this postion is best suited to a backpacker as it is a live in position.

duties include running the FOH, guiding the houskeeping and cleaning team, relaying back to the manager, good communication, cash handling, back office, reservation manegment, guest relations etc

mixed shifts 5 days a week, 8am- 4pm are the main shifts however this can change due to the nature of the job and must be flexable

40 hours paid plus a single private room is provided for free, laundry and Wifi are also included
