About the role
This permanent full-time role is for 37.5 to 40 hours a week from Monday to Friday from around 09:00 am to 05:00 pm and is paid at $22.00 to $27.50 per hour depending on your performance, experience and time in the company.
The position is available as soon as possible.
Your key tasks and responsibilities will be but are not limited to the following physically active tasks:
- Brooming and moping floors
- Cleaning bathrooms and toilets
- Refilling consumables
- Rubbish collection
- Vacuuming
- Collection of bed sheets
- Making beds in private rooms
- Cleaning kitchen and dining area
- Monitoring cleaning supplies
- Reporting any necessary repairs or replacements

Skills, experience and requirements
Full training for candidates without any experience will be provided, however previous work experience is highly beneficial.
You must be able to communicate in the English language at a reasonable level verbally & written to understand written and oral work instructions and to provide feedback.
You must be legally entitled to work in New Zealand to take on this position.
