Recruitment Administrator

Payment: Paid Position ($22 - 26ph)
Location: Auckland CBD

About The Role

We are seeking confident administrators who have had exposure to recruitment processes and can hit the ground running in this temp role.  

  • Build and maintain relationships with prospective and existing candidates
  • Conduct phone interviews to qualify candidates, and manage consultant calendars for face-to-face interviews.
  • Liaising with vendors to coordinate pre-employment testing
  • Handle administration for Ministry of Justice/Police Vetting background checks, and credit checks
  • Contract generation
  • Team admin support as required

 

About You

You will have excellent interpersonal skills and be able to build rapport easily over the phone with a wide range of people from different backgrounds.
 

  • Must have some experience/knowledge of recruitment processes
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Process driven, eye for detail and sound judgement
  • Available to start immediately and commit for 3-4 months
