Woolshed Shedhands (woolhandler)

Payment: Accommodation & Paid (From $24 per hour plus holi pay)

Location - Te Anau , Fiordland. Surrounded by amazing scenery with lakes, rivers, bike & walking tracks, Milford and Doubtful Sounds right on our doorstep. We are needing  additional people to help our Kiwi workforce, duration of employment is for a fixed term of approximately 2  months with a mutually agreed start and  end date. In this role, which is inside a  shearing shed at our farmer clients property,  you will become part of a team of woolhandlers who job it is to  sort and prepare the sheeps wool as it is shorn from the sheep.

Postions - We have 2-4  positions  available.

No Experience needed - Full training given.

 Positive (can do) attitude is desirable. Also desirable are people who aren’t afraid of physical work, are unafraid to get a little bit dirty while working, also the ability to quickly learn new skills is an advantage as wages are based on skill levels.

Travel to/from work and also meals while at work are supplied.

We have subsidised staff accomodation available which includes breakfast and evening meals on the days worked. 

Must hold valid visa or be NZ resident.
