Job Description

Reporting directly to the Executive Housekeeper, your day will vary from checking the cleanliness of rooms and public areas to allocations and training. This is a very hands on role not suitable for the faint hearted! You will be allocating cleaning tasks for all the team and yourself early in the morning setting the tone for the day. During the day you will assist room attendants with linen deliveries. You will be joint responsible of meeting departmental productivity well as stock control and ordering.

As part of your normal duties, you will induct and train staff members as well as managing their performance. Accor, leader in hospitality is proud to present ALLSAFE program and certification which includes intensified hygiene & prevention measures to ensure our guest and staff safety. This role is critical to maintain the most elevated cleanliness protocols and standards that drive the success of our program.

Work Experience

  • Proven experience (minimum 1 year) in a similar position at a supervisory level (mid-scale preferred)
  • Knowledge of Opera advantageous but not essential
  • A proven ability to meet cleaning, quality and brand standards
  • Immaculate grooming and presentation
  • Eye for detail
