Experienced Painter/painter/prepper

We are seeking an experienced and reliable Painter to join our team on a subcontract basis. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in high‑quality workmanship, communicates well, and can work independently across a variety of residential and commercial projects. If you have limited or no experience we encourage you to sitll apply, willing to train the right candidate.

As a subcontract painter, you will be responsible for delivering professional painting services including:

• Interior and exterior painting
• Surface preparation, sanding, filling, and priming
• Finishing work to a high standard
• Maintaining a clean and organised work area
• Working efficiently within agreed timelines

• Proven experience in residential and/or commercial painting
• Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship
• Ability to work independently and manage your own workflow
• Good communication and reliability
• Own tools and transport preferred
• Must be eligible to work in New Zealand

• This is a subcontract role, paid per job or per agreed scope of work
• Rates will be discussed based on experience and project requirements
• Flexible scheduling depending on workload and availability
