ABOUT THE POSITION
This role looks after our e-commerce and other jobs in our cafe.

What you'll be doing
- Packing e-commerce orders - meals, nut butters, waffles, mueslis. This is the majority of the job.
- Attending to customer service questions via support portal.
- Packing meals each day into containers (about 1-2 hours per day)
- Assisting with cafe serving, nut butter making and other tasks when required.

Details
- Minimum of 30 hours per week. Mon-Fri. Up to 40 hours some weeks.
- Packing orders is weighted towards Monday/Tuesday so these days have up to 9 hours per day.
- Exact start and finish times vary depending on volume of orders and other work.
- Monday is a particularly busy day with Friday and weekend orders so starts at 7am.
- Typical starting time range is 9am-4pm (with half hour lunch).
- Wed/Thur/Fri are quieter.
