About the Role - Mo tēnei tūrangi mahi

The primary purpose of this position is to assist in the day to day running of the office using existing systems, including reservations and general administration.  Also ensuring the boats run to schedule and passengers are safely transported, all whilst offering exceptional customer service to our guests.  

We have multiple fixed term roles, each beginning at varied dates between mid/end September and November, with all roles concluding in February/March 2027.

These roles include working both weekend days each week as well as some public holidays since we are a 7 days per week operation

About You - Ko ngā wheako ōu

• Previous experience in a similar role is ideal, however training will be provided
• Comfortable using a variety of booking platforms and computer systems 
• Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
• Communicates confidently in English (written and oral) and excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
