Your Vital Function
To deliver a warm, smooth and memorable guest experience by providing great service, quality food and drinks, and a welcoming café environment—every shift.
What You’ll Be Doing (Your Vital Priorities)
- Serve guests confidently at tables and through POS, with accuracy and care
- Prepare and serve barista coffee and beverages to standard
- Know the menu and allergen information so guests feel safe and informed
- Keep the café clean, tidy and well-presented at all times
- Support your team to keep service flowing and guests happy
