Property + Yacht Jobs Start Asap

Would you enjoy spending some time on a small coastal farm in the Bay of Islands starting soon?

We need some extra help in the  house, other properties  and on our 50ft ocean going yacht . There will be general maintenance jobs , gardening,  removating  and cleaning  properties  and our yacht and some painting, .

We are looking for a couple, or two friends, who are happy to share a room. You will need to be physically fit, practical, and willing to lend a hand to anything that needs doing.  We are mostly keen to find people with a great attitude and work ethic.  We are mostly focusing on renovating  a rental property and getting our boat ready to leave to cruise to Fiji  in the next few months.. 

Kerikeri is a boutique small town in Northland with great walks, access to local beaches and an attractive friendly atmosphere.

We work from home , one of our 22 year old twins sons and his girlfriend live elsewhere on the properrty, the other twin works from home  on and off! We live on a lovely coastal farm with sheep, and great water views, 10 minutes from Kerikeri. There are good rural walks and rides from our gorgeous house with a lake to explore at the bottom of the property.  A vehicle is a real bonus
  
Please apply if you have a "can do" attitude, a willingness to get stuck in and you're good company! This is a live-in position only. Full accommodation is provided in your own large bedroom space with sea views,  laundry, internet, spa, and full healthy meals with us.  

 In return for this, you will work for an average of 4 hours per day over the time you are with us.  This swap or exchange is based on a pay rate of  $23.95/hr. therefore no money actually changes hands, similar to the WOOFA arrangement.  You do not receive a wage.    We swap  your time for full  food /accommodation  and  experience/ in a true Kiwi small farm  etc 

We offer flexibility over work timing so you can have free days to explore the area if you wish or just chill.  
Very good English is essential, sense of humour is imperative!  Would suit persons 20+yrs
