Where can I hike??

New Zealand has hundred's and probably more like thousand's of hikes and walks. You can hike through NZ's diverse and stunning scenery - along coastal paths, over glaciers or through lush native bush.

The Department of Conversation (DoC) has some great advice, as will any i-Site branch (tourist information centre). There are also some really professional and well regarded tour companies, led by Kiwi guides such as:
