I’m reluctantly selling my much-loved 2005 Toyota Voxy campervan after many fantastic solo adventures around New Zealand. I’ve travelled with my little dog to Picton, Abel Tasman, Rotorua and plenty of places in between. She’s unfortunately not much of a glamper. She barks incessantly, so I’ve finally admitted that van life is not for us!

This van is ideal for a working holiday in New Zealand, whether you’re travelling solo or as a couple. It’s fully self-contained, NZMCA certified and Green Sticker certified, and very fuel efficiient, giving you access to a wide range of affordable camping options and the freedom to stay in places where other campers can’t. You can travel without needing powered campsites, campground toilets or running water, which is perfect for exploring NZ while keeping your travel costs down.

The conversion is my own bespoke design and is essentially brand new, thoughtfully designed to make excellent use of the space. It has everything you need to live comfortably on the road:

The van has 199k km and, while it has some minor signs of wear consistent with its age, the camper conversion itself is brand new.
