Fiordland has to be one of the most spectacular places to visit in New Zealand. Most famous for the awe-inspiring Doubtful & Milford Sounds. If you are heading there then you are most likely to be stopping at, or going through Te Anua. Based on the edge of a lake, this pretty town has loads to offer but be warned it does very very busy so make sure you book ahead in the summer months.
