Diesel Mechanic/engineer

West Coast Steelworx in Dargaville is looking for new team members.

West Coast Steelworx is an engineering and fabrication company in Dargaville, Northland and we are looking for a welder/fabricator and also a diesel mechanic.

We are doing farm equipment, new production, interior and exterior designs, benches and more, anything that we can envision.

We have one position for each job to offer the right candidate and have accommodation for backpackers and short-term employees. Work is normally Monday-Friday 7:30am to 4:30pm, but in busy times more hours and weekends will be required.  

Dargaville is a small beautiful town in Northland with great, surfing, fishing and adventure possibilities.

West Coast Steelworx is located in connection to a kumara (Sweet Potato) farm that can offer partners and friends traveling with you seasonal work with tractor driving and harvesting kumara.
