Tech 5 Recruitment has entered an exciting phase of rapid growth and we are looking to expand our team. We are a top performing Trades, Labour and Manufacturing team and are quickly expanding and evolving within the recruitment industry in New Zealand.

The Tech 5 team are looking to add and expand! We are on the lookout for a switched on and ambitious Resource Administrator/Talent Consultant to support our successful team in servicing our candidates and clients. 

The role itself is varied and fast-paced. You will need to have strong time management skills, excellent administrative skills, be proactive and possess a professional and engaging communication style in order to successfully support and assist the Senior Recruitment Consultant. 

Duties will include:-

  • High volume candidate interviews.
  • Booking candidates onto assignments and sending confirmations
  • Building and maintaining relationships with candidates and dealing with enquiries
  • Being efficiently able to manage and fill last minute jobs, and make quick decisions
  • Writing and posting adverts
  • Social media marketing and client communications
  • Timesheet collection and processing
  • Compliance – Ensure all critical processes have been completed and logged on our CMS
  • Ensuring all relevant systems and paperwork is completed and records kept up to date
  • Preparing Tech 5 candidate profiles
  • CV formatting
  • PPE requests as and when required

The ideal candidate will have:-

  • An excellent sense of humour is key to be part of our boisterous team
  • Excellent customer service skills and professionalism when dealing with candidates
  • Ability to effectively handle pressure and consistently meet deadlines
  • Strong resilience and ability to take on a challenge
  • A very high level of organisational and administrative skills and initiative
  • An outstanding and reliable work ethic
  • Flexibility
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Previous knowledge of the Trades or Construction industry
  • A good working knowledge of Microsoft office and Excel
  • A full clean NZ driving licence
