·         2-3 Week Assignment 

If you have strong administration skills with the capability to be creative and a passion for great customer service, this is the role for you! 

Put your design skills to the test and assist with the preparation and delivery of an upcoming event in Auckland.


Candidates on Working Holiday Visas welcome to apply.


Key duties include;

  • Front of house/reception
  • Provide strong administration support
  • Liasing with sponsors and managers 
  • Event preparation
  • Making labels and place cards
  • Using the marketing platform Mail Chimp (previous experience preferred) 
  • Working with Powerpoint to create presentations (previous experience preferred)

To suceed in this role you must have a confident phone manner and the ability to work in a fast paced environment.
