About the role

My Laundry Commercial is a busy commercial laundry based on Gorge Road in Queenstown, processing linen for the region's accommodation, restaurants, and more. With the busy season on its way, we're looking for someone reliable and eager to learn.

This is a hands-on, physical role. You'll work alongside an experienced team to make sure linen is processed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standard. If you take pride in your work and want to be part of a hard-working team, we'd love to hear from you.

What you'll be doing

• Sorting incoming soiled linen and loading washing machines with the correct programs
• Operating tumble dryers and running full drying and cooling cycles
• Feeding and operating the industrial flatwork ironer
• Running linen and towel folding machines
• Packaging and vacuum-sealing finished linen
• Helping load and unload delivery vans
• Keeping the laundry floor clean and tidy throughout your shift

What we're looking for

• Physically fit — you'll be on your feet lifting and moving for your whole shift
• Reliable and punctual — the team and our clients depend on you showing up
• Good attention to detail — following the right procedures matters here
• Positive attitude and happy to work as part of a team
• Committed to health and safety
• Right to work in New Zealand

Previous commercial laundry experience is a bonus but not required — full training provided.
