- We reserve the right to delete, edit and update any job listing at any time without giving prior notice
- Although we scan all attachments during the upload process, we hold no responsibility for damage caused by malicious attachments that you may download to your computer. Please ensure that you have adequate virus protection installed.
- We may monitor applications to minimise spam and ensure that the quality of applicants is maintained.
- This service is only intended as a public job advertisement service and as such we cannot be held responsible for the conduct and performance of any applicants supplied via this website.
- This advertisement service is offered free to the majority of companies and individuals wishing to use it. However recruitment companies, fruit picking agencies / vineyard contractor, sales/marketing/promotions companies may be charged to use this service. This list is not exhaustive and we reserve the right to charge a fee. We will notify you before making any charges and advise of the costs involved and whether you wish to continue using our service.
- All applications are now made on www.backpackerboard.co.nz and stored on our server to enable us to monitor them for spam and potential abuse of the service. Having users apply through our website enables us to show advertising which creates revenue so we can continue to offer a free service. As such we reserve the right to remove links to external websites or application forms in free listings as well as company or personal email addresses.
- We reserve the right to show advertising with the content of free listings.
- We may send you emails to update you on new features and options in the Employer Zone as well as any issues we may be facing. By agreeing to the terms and conditions you also give us permission to send you these emails.
- Employers found to be repeatedly deleting and re-adding listings in order to stay at the top of the results will have their job listings automatically backdated thus stopping them showing at the top of the results. Continued violation will result in their Employer account being deleted.
