Assignment Details:
 

  • 2 week assignment starting Monday 17th August
  • Free accommodation ( own room with shared cooking) 
  • $29  - $31 per hour + 8 %holiday pay 
  • $6 staff meals
  • Must have full chef uniform, shoes and knives
  • 5 Days a week 2pm start - covering evening Buffet  - guaranteed 35 per week

Reasonable travel cost covered

Ideally you will have been at a Chef de Partie / Sous  level for at least 2 years working in a hotel environment.
