House Keeping

Woofing - Whether you're passing through New Plymouth and want to save on Accommodation costs during your stay, or you're thinking about working here for a while and want to save money for future travels, this is your place. The duties involve various cleaning tasks and making beds, It's not glamorous work but we won't tell your friends that you've done it ; ) 

Under the new Government rules this is a paid job, working 10 hours per week, (@ $25+8% holiday pay) so you must already hold a valid Working Holiday Visa and have an IRD number. This is a live in position staying in a shared dorm and your accommodation and expenses are $250.00 per week which will be deducted from your weekly pay which is the equivalent of the old rule working for accommodation, so you WILL NOT RECEIVE A WAGE but you will not be out of pocket. We will issue you with a contract explaining this when you start.
