Cafe Chef

We are located in the middle of the national park at the world-famous pancake rocks. We are a doorstep to the beaches, rainforest. We are looking for a chef for our cafe. 

You should have some exprience in hospitality.

Overall responsible for the shift with the a la carte  of the kitchen 

Analyze recipes to assign prices to menu items, based on food, labor, and overhead costs

Ordering stocks and maintaining a minimum stock level at all times

Ensure all ingredients are available based on the requirement of the season and menus planned
