You must be reliable, motivated and driven, with a dedication to quality service.
You will be bubbly yet, professional in attitude, manner and appearance, efficient in using a computer, and someone with a true passion for Hospitality and effective telephone manner! We need you NOW!
Duties will include: Check Ins /outs
Guest relations
Reservations
Maintaining database
Mail outs
Constant variety of tasks you will never be bored!
- Stripping beds and removing used towels and linen from rooms
- Laundering items, folding and returning to the appropriate areas
- Notify management of any damaged linen or equipment
- Undertaking additional housekeeping as required
