2 Farm Assistant Jobs Available - Taupo

We require a 2 Farm Assistants, idealy a couple, to join our team of 5. Starting ASAP.

Calving 980 cows and milking through a 60 bale rotary cowshed with ACR's.
The ideal candidate will have at least some dairy farming experience.
You will need to be honest and reliable and work effectively within a team. 

Main Duties  will include general farm duties such as milking in a 60 bale rotory cowshed with ACR's, riding 2 wheel motorbikes, operating tractors, assisting us in feeding out and weed spraying. Rearing approximately 300 calves to weaning weight, feeding and caring for bobby calves

We run a 6 days on 1 day off roster during calving, then 8 days on 2 days off 8 days on 3 days off roster thereafter with minimal farm work required on weekends .

Warm Accomodation options are available on farm. 

The farm is located on Forest Road, Taupo. 25 miniutes from town.
