The Landing Restaurant Group is seeking Bar and waiter staff to join our team in the enchanting Westland Tai Poutini National Park, situated in a picturesque tourist town that exudes a mountainous charm. At our establishment, customer satisfaction is paramount, and we are in search of the perfect candidate to bolster our team's commitment to delivering our renowned standards of service.

Immediate Start: We are eager to welcome an enthusiastic Bartender to our ranks. The ideal candidate should meet the following requirements:

• Age: You must be 20 years of age or older.
• Positive Attitude: Possess a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
• Experience: Previous experience is advantageous but not obligatory, as comprehensive training will be provided.
• Weekends: Be available to work on weekends.
• Work Ethic: Display a positive work ethic and attitude.
• High-Pressure Environment: Capable of thriving in a high-pressure, bustling club atmosphere while maintaining high standards of customer service during restaurant dinner service.
• Team Player: Be a collaborative team player.

Desired Qualities:

• Previous experience in a similar restaurant/bar role is preferred, but not mandatory.
• Confidence in effective communication with both guests and colleagues.
• Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced, busy environment.
• A genuine passion for delivering exceptional hospitality.

Additionally, if you are part of a couple, our arrangement can accommodate both of you. We offer the same rostered days off, providing an opportunity to explore our breathtaking surroundings. Within close proximity to the town, you'll discover numerous hiking trails, fishing spots, and outdoor activities. We provide staff accommodation in one of our communal staff houses, featuring private rooms, communal cooking facilities, social areas, and Wi-Fi access, all within a 5-minute walk from the restaurant.
