* Minimum of 1 year staff managerial experience
* Excellent work ethics and attitude
* Good coomunication skill
* Good customer relationship skills, be flexible and be happy to exceed our guests expectations.
* Able to roll up your sleeves and be down your knees whenever need to
* A good knowledge of computer operations and general administration of a business is essential.
* Housekeeping
* Ability to supervise and assist cleaning staff for a prompt and thorough cleaning of the units.
We are looking for a couple for this position but will consider single applicants for the right persons.
This is a live-in position for a period of 6 months as a fixed term contract and there is an opportunity to extend the employment at the end of contract. The salary package includes a 2 bedroom hosue, power, water and wifi. The position will require working during evenings, weekends, school holidays and public holidays. Preferably you are a New Zealand resident or have a valid working visa. However, We are an accredited employer under NZ Immigration Employment Work Visa Accreditation and can help with work visas.
