Seeking farmhand to assist with sheep/cattle hill country farm located between Nelson and Motueka. Vacancy for 3-5 months (flexible to suit the right applicant) to assist with farm work during lambing.  Applicants experienced with sheep farming strongly preferred. Experience with cattle is a plus.

Self-contained, quiet, warm, private on farm accommodation available with beautiful rural and sea-view outlook, with WIFI, power and food at all inclusive rent (to be discussed with applicant).

• Must have Working Holiday Visa
• Must be honest and self-motivated and safety conscious
• Must treat animals with respect and kindness 
• Must be physically fit and strong
• Must be able to work independently 
• Must speak and understand English to a safe working proficiency (does not have to be fluent)
• Must have own transport
• Must be non-smoking and drug-free
• References required
