Who are we?

Te Anau TOP10 Holiday Park is family owned and operated, and located in the heart of Te Anau, on the doorstep of Fiordland National Park. We have a range of accommodation and facilities to suit all travellers.

Who are we looking for?

Are you an organiser that likes to get things done, and work well in a team environment?  Do you have excellent communication skill?  We are wanting someone to join our team and take on the office administrator roll.

Sounds like you?

You will assist with written materials, ensure policies are kept updated, keep our social media platforms up to date, and help out with other administrative tasks as required.

Key tasks, but not limited to:

·         Assisting with company documentation and maintaining policies

·         Website and social media updates

·         Assisting with operational tasks

·         Writing and keeping policies up to date

·         Reception duties

·         Updating booking platforms and monitoring reviews

·         Assist with HR administration duties, namely but not limited to recruitment, induction/onboarding of new employees, training, maintaining records and planning upcoming staff events

·         Health and safety system administration

·         Coordinate facilities maintenance

·         Staff payroll

Skills that would give you a head start:

·         Excellent computer and Google drive skill

·         Previous experience in a similar roll

·         Flexible, fast learner
