KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Daily inspection rounds to identify and address issues in public areas, accommodations, and facilities.

Perform basic repairs, including plumbing, electrical, and carpentry tasks.

Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in common areas and outdoor facilities.

Carry out regular equipment checks and maintenance.

Undertake weekly and monthly tasks such as landscaping, safety checks, facility audits, and inventory management.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

Proven experience in maintenance or a related field.

Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical systems, and carpentry.

Ability to perform physical tasks and handle maintenance equipment.

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.

Good communication skills and a team player attitude.

A proactive approach to preventive maintenance and safety protocols.

DESIRABLE:

Trade certification or equivalent in a relevant field (e.g., electrician, plumber, carpenter).

Experience working in a holiday park or similar environment.
