Customer Service Representative

Scotties Car Rentals has full time positions available for Customer Service Representatives at our Auckland Airport branch.

Scotties is a family owed and operated business, providing cheap rental cars to happy travellers for nearly 35 years. We have seen it all and still enjoy helping travellers have a trip of their life time.

Customer Services Representatives play a key role in the company. This is a front line role involving face-to-face customer contact with clients who hire from us. As the face of the company, you must ensure you provide excellent customer service to all clients and ensure accuracy with administration. The ability to multi task and remain calm under pressure are the key to success in this role.

What you need to have:

Eligible to work in New Zealand

Valid drivers licence

Ability to engage with customers

Good presentation

Attention to detail

Ability to work as part of a team

Good communication skills

Strong work ethic

Can do attitude

This position will be working 40 hours per week between Monday to Sunday 9am-5.30pm. Full training will be provided.

Must be okay with grooming cars too.

Can start as soon as possible.
