We are seeking an experienced cabinet maker / joiner at Tree Essence, Onetangi, Waiheke Island. We create bespoke kitchens, furniture and joinery. www.treeessence.co.nz

We are based on the beautiful Waiheke Island, a 35 min ferry ride from Auckland City. With its safe, white sand beaches, many vineyards, a good sense of community, its pace of life, it is an appealing place to live full time.

We work Monday to Friday 8am to 4.30pm. THIS MEANS WEEKENDS OFF! We offer attractive rates of pay based on experience and/or trade certificates. Most Fridays we stop for a beverage and fairly regularly get the BBQ going too.

Most of our work is for high-end projects. Using top-end materials, we work closely with architects, project managers, builders and the clients themselves to deliver their dream builds. 

As a cabinet maker you will be required to construct cabinetry to the highest standard. You will need to maintain a high attention to detail, be able to read plans and ensure the builds are completed on time. This is a very diverse and rewarding role.  

Applicants for this position must be able to work in NZ and have or obtain a drivers licence. Must speak English, be reliable, have enthusiasm and the ability to work hard and be part of a small team. Kitchen or joinery manufacturing essential. 
 

Short term position - you would need to be available 5 April to May 15th

ACCOMMODATION  available on site - $250 PER WEEK, to be discussed.
