About the role: 

Reporting to the Front Office and Reservations Manager. You will be the first contact with our guest on arrival and assisting them during their stay. You are positive whilst working in a fast paced environment. You have a fun personality who enjoys having fun at work. You are a guets obsessed leader who has a passion for hotels. 

Our ideal candidates will possess:

  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Minimum 1 years experience working in a simialr role.
  • Ability to work towards time targets and deadlines
  • Follow policies and procedures regarding the high standard of guest service expected throughout the property
  • Ability to work weekends and public holidays
  • Great communication skills and excellent fluent written and verbal English. Other languages are always appreciated and welcomed! 

Work Experience

  • Knowledge of Opera and Excel advantageous but not essential
  • A proven ability to meet cleaning, quality and brand standards
  • Immaculate grooming and presentation
  • Eye for detail
