Housekeeping Staff

Do you feel like a break from traveling?  We run a cosy, medium-sized hostel in Picton, the gateway to the Marlborough Sounds.  We are looking a friendly person or couple to start as soon as possible to help us out around the hostel in housekeeping for about 1.25  hour per day, with  Ideally we like people to stay for a minimum of 3 weeks.

We require 2 people  in the morning starting 10am -10.15am

This is the equivalent of the previous “WORK FOR ACCOMMODATION”    you will require a working holiday visa & have an IRD number.  This is a live in position with accommodation provided in a dorm  . This position covers accommodation, use of facilities, breakfast etc.

Included with your accommodation we provide a breakfast in the morning  Free unlimited wifi, washing machines,  tv room, ,  are all part of the deal.  Tea & coffee, cooking oil & spices are available anytime.

We pride ourselves on our reputation so you must be willing to interact with guests positively and take pride in keeping our hostel as clean as possible.
