Hostel Workers Surf Instructors

Do you want to spend some time surfing on the beautiful West Coast? Then come and join our hostel team!

Free dorm accommodation or own van if you have one, surfboard and wetsuit hire, surf lessons,  fishing, and lots of fun.

Mountain bikes also avavaible for hire

18hrs -16hrs  including cleaning, painting, reception, surf school and other hostel duties.. If you can teach yoga or make pizzas even better.  1 month minimum. Over the busy summer period there is some paid work too. Dec -April for long term (2month minimum)

We are very passionate about having a clean hostel and require staff that can see the extra details, are aware and considerate of others and willing to make a beautiful space for all to enjoy.

Due to new government rules, we will pay you for the work you do and then you will pay us back for the Accommodation and the Surfing - so it's still the same deal, you will be woofing here and not paying for anything!

There is usually some paid work available in Westport cafe's, bars and other jobs we can direct you.
