Full time position for a Chef/ sous/2nd Chef cook

5 days a week.

Average 30 to 38+ hours per week.
Restaurant open daily 3pm until late.

The following skills and attributes are required:
- Good technical cooking skills in all sections of the kitchen
- Honest and reliable
- Able to work well as part of a team and be a team player
- Great communication skills
- Well organised with good time management
- Certificate of Professional Cookery or relevant experience.

Kaikoura is a vibrant seaside town and a great place to live and work.
