We are looking to fill a full time position with a Duty Manager who is passionate about hospitality and wants to embark on this journey, to share our story and promote our culture and ethos.

We are on the lookout for an energetic and enthusiastic Duty Manager. They will be responsible for the operation of our extremely busy Restaurant & Bar during their shift and will provide excellent customer service.
You will be responsible for the below list of duties:
Assist in the smooth running of the restaurant & bar
Manage cash drawers and be meticulous in cash handling
Ensure that the premise is always kept in neat and presentable manner
Manage restaurant staff on your shift
Maintain good customer service and responding to customer complaints
Answer customer enquiries through phone calls, social media and emails and organise group bookings, the reservation book and table layout and turnover
Maximise sales by advising customers of ongoing promotions, rituals and deals
Ensure that the work place complies with health and safety and liquor licenses policy requirements
Ideally you will have the following attributes:

A mature person who can handle responsibilities during their shift
Previous customer service experience preferred
A current General Managers Certificate or completed the LCQ Certificate OR 6 months industry experience to ensure you can apply for the General Managers Certificate
