Hours of Work: Guaranteed a minimum of 35 hours per week. Rostered hours, including weekends and nights.

We are an award-winning country hotel located amidst the mountains of the Southern Alps, right at the bottom of the Cardrona Alpine resort. Enjoy the amazing outdoor opportunities in every season: skiing in the winter, hiking, biking, and fishing in the summer. Head over to Queenstown on your days off but live in the serenity of the Cardrona Valley. We are between Queenstown and Wanaka - the perfect location to explore the area. 

We require an experienced, adaptable Chef de Partie with a broad skill set who loves to work in a busy kitchen. A minimum of 2 years experience in a similar fast-paced environment required. Experience in cooking Kiwi / western cuisine is a must. This role would suit someone wanting evening shifts to keep the mornings free for life! 

Usual shifts are 3pm - CLS (11pm-ish) 5 days per week but depending on the applicant and time of year we may be able to offer a 4 day week of 12 / noon - CLS to give better work life balance.
