**What you’ll be doing:**

Working with top-quality ingredients including Italian flours, cured meats, cheeses and house-made sauces
Hand-stretching and preparing slow-rise dough
Prepping meats, cheeses, sauces and toppings
Cooking in a wood-fired oven
Making and cooking fresh pasta in our a la carte restaurant
Being part of a fun, supportive, international kitchen team

**What we’re looking for:**

Minimum 3 years’ experience in a busy Italian-style pizzeria/restaurant
Strong communication skills and a positive attitude
A systems focused Chef
