Housekeeping Couple – Blue Lake TOP 10 Holiday Park

Looking for a summer role in one of Rotorua’s most beautiful locations?

Blue Lake TOP 10 Holiday Park is looking for an energetic and reliable couple to join our team for a minimum 12-week fixed-term contract, with an immediate start available.

Located right on the edge of beautiful Blue Lake, just 8km from Rotorua, our busy holiday park has 180 sites, 29 accommodation units, three amenity blocks, BBQ areas and a recreation room. Summer is our busiest time of year, and we’re looking for a great couple to help us deliver the clean, welcoming and well-presented environment our guests expect.

About the role

You’ll work together as part of our housekeeping team, helping to clean and prepare guest accommodation and our shared park facilities.

Previous cleaning or housekeeping experience would be an advantage, but it’s not essential – full training will be provided. More importantly, we’re looking for people who are hardworking, dependable, have a good eye for detail and take pride in doing a job well.

The roster is five days per week, Wednesday to Sunday.

Your usual day will start at 9:00am, finishing once the day's cleaning is complete – typically between 2:00pm and 4:00pm. There is also a one-hour evening clean from 9:30pm, approximately 3–4 nights per week.

You can expect approximately 25–30 hours per person, per week.

What we’re looking for

We’d love to hear from a couple who:

• Can commit to working with us for a minimum of 12 weeks
• Are positive, energetic and happy working as part of a busy team
• Have a strong work ethic and great attention to detail
• Are reliable and comfortable working independently when required
• Are available to work weekends and public holidays
• Have their own vehicle and a current driver licence
• Have NZ residency or a valid New Zealand work visa

Previous cleaning experience is welcomed, but attitude and reliability are just as important – we’ll provide the training you need to get started.

Accommodation

Cabin accommodation is available on site, with access to the park’s communal facilities, at a cost of $60 per person, per week.
