Gardener / Landscaper Role

We are looking for someone who pays attention to detail, is reliable, enthusiastic & a team player to join us in continuing to support our clients to have more time doing the things they love & so we can create magical spaces for them to enjoy & for you as a part of the team to see the actions you take come to life. 

This role includes: 

• Working in clients gardens to create beautiful spaces
• Physical Tasks
• General seasonal garden maintenance 
• Pruning, hedge trimming, strimming, spraying  
• Planting, mulching, composting, installing lawns, installing garden edging
• Working on commercial and residential properties 
• Working in smaller teams and building real connections
• Working on your own from time to time (If you are experienced enough) 
• Time management & problem solving
• Driving/operating work vehicles / Machinery

This role would be best suited to someone who loves the outdoors, has a passion for seeing finished products, connecting and networking with clients, doesn’t mind a hard physical day on the tools. Is a team player & can work on their own but mostly, someone who takes pride in what they do. 

You would be working alongside myself and our small team then overtime on your own at times. Experience preferred but if you are keen to learn or have done similar roles previously this could be the perfect fit.

• Casual contract. Hours may vary from week to week depending on work experience in this trade as well as work load that week/month.
