We are SNAP Rentals your no-fuss car rental company.

We have a rare opportunity for a Shuttle Driver and Car Groomer to join our team on a 6-month fixed-term contract, from September 2026 to March 2027.

There may be an opportunity to extend the contract, depending on business needs, and we’ll have a clearer idea closer to the time. Availability to start immediately would be ideal.

Your day-to-day will primarily be driving our courtesy shuttle to and from the airport, delivering a warm welcome to all our customers. 

Duties and responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service during any interaction with our customers
• Drive our Courtesy shuttle van to pick up and drop off our customers to and from the airport
• If required, serve customers at the counter and help with vehicle ins and outs as able and directed
• Driving vehicles between our branch and any other required location deemed necessary (e.g. services, panel beaters, storage etc)
• Grooming of vehicles to high and professional level
• To ensure every vehicle provided to customers meets our standards
• Vehicle check sheets are properly completed for every vehicle
• Working efficiently to complete work to required timeframes
• Working with Grooming Team Leader to ensure correct vehicles are prioritised
• Keeping the grooming bay and depot area clean and tidy and  free of hazards
• Report any hazards and incidents via our safety portal
• Assist the fleet co-ordinator / Administrator as required
