SWIFTSURE ARROWTOWN - BARTENDER/MIXOLOGIST - FULL TIME

Swiftsure Vineyards, a bold new collection from the makers of Man O' War Vineyards is looking for an exceptional Bartender/Mixologist to join our Swiftsure restaurant situated in Arrowtown. Set amidst the dramatic landscapes of the Southern Alps Swiftsure vineyards craft exceptional wines from the rugged, sub-alpine terrain.

We are currently looking for a great bartender to join our Swiftsure team as we head into our exciting and busy new summer season.

We want someone who loves the buzz of a busy bar, enjoys talking to people and takes pride in making a good drink. The style is relaxed, lively and professional,good music, good drinks, good people and plenty of personality.

Experience behind the bar is preferred, but attitude, energy and a willingness to learn are just as important.

What we're looking for:

• Confident, friendly and comfortable engaging with guests
• Good knowledge of cocktails, wine and beer or a genuine desire to learn
• Able to work quickly and stay organised when the bar gets busy
• Reliable, positive and a great team player
• Someone who takes pride in keeping a sharp, well-run bar
