Roading Sealing Crew Wanted

Mills Recruitment is hiring on behalf of a leading civil contractor for the upcoming sealing season.

We're looking for hardworking, reliable people to join roading and sealing crews. Whether you have experience in construction, civil, farming, landscaping, or general labouring, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Road maintenance and chip sealing
• General labouring and site support
• Operating machinery (if qualified)
• Working outdoors as part of a team

What We Need:

• Reliable and physically fit
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Driver's licence preferred
• Civil or construction experience is a bonus but not essential
