About the role

Full time, permanent position reporting to the Viticulturist. The role encompasses vineyard operations, equipment maintenance, vineyard husbandry, and logistics across the vineyard.

Key responsibilities

• Canopy spraying
• Leaf plucking
• Trimming
• Undervine cultivation
• Mowing & mulching
• Marc and compost spreading
• Heavy rolling
• Weed spraying
• Canopy management
• Young vine training

About you

• Able to operate harvesting equipment (harvester or gondola)
• Capable of undertaking training where required
• Able to calibrate and maintain vineyard equipment
• Available to assist with night time frost fighting during season (September – November)
• Able to ensure frost protection equipment running correctly and refuelled when required
