Campground Manager Kimihia Lakes

We are seeking a friendly, organised and proactive Campground Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of Kimihia Lakes.

This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys working with people, takes pride in creating a welcoming environment, and is confident in managing both campground operations and general maintenance.

• Oversee the daily operation of the campground, ensuring a clean, safe and welcoming environment for guests.
• Recruit, train and manage staff, maintaining high standards of customer service and safety.
• Carry out and coordinate general maintenance, groundskeeping and facility repairs.
• Monitor campground occupancy and manage guest bookings.
• Ensure compliance with relevant health, safety and environmental requirements.
• Respond to guest enquiries, issues and complaints professionally and efficiently.
• Work with management on initiatives to promote the campground and improve the guest experience.

• Strong organisational, communication and leadership skills.
• Practical maintenance and general handyman skills.
• Familiarity with reservation systems and basic computer skills
• Ability to work flexible hours when required, including weekends and public holidays.
• A self-motivated, practical and resourceful approach.
• A friendly, customer-focused attitude and willingness to be hands-on in the day-to-day running of the campground.
