Au Pair

🏡 Live-In Au Pair – North Otago, New Zealand

We’re looking for a friendly, caring and reliable au pair to join our family and help look after our two young girls while we’re busy with the farm.

👧 The Role

You’ll mainly be helping with our two girls, including:

• Looking after the girls and keeping them entertained
• Helping with meals, snacks and general routines
• Helping with naps, bedtime and getting ready for the day
• Taking the girls outside to play and enjoying the farm lifestyle with them
• Keeping their bedrooms/play areas tidy
• A little bit of light housework when needed

We’re looking for someone who genuinely enjoys being around young children, is patient and responsible, and is happy to become part of our family rather than just coming in as an employee.

🌾 Our Family & Lifestyle

We’re a young family living and working on a dairy farm in Duntroon, North Otago. Farm life can be busy, especially during the season, so having someone reliable and caring around to help with the girls makes a huge difference.

We’re a fairly relaxed family and would love someone who is happy to get involved, enjoy family life and experience a genuine New Zealand farming lifestyle.

🏠 Accommodation

You’ll have your own room in our warm family home, with food, Wi-Fi and accommodation provided.

📍 Location

Duntroon, North Otago, New Zealand

Duntroon is a small rural community surrounded by beautiful countryside and farms. We’re about 5 minutes from Duntroon village, around 20 minutes from a larger rural township and approximately 30 minutes from Oamaru.

A driver’s licence would be helpful but isn’t essential.
