Room Attendant/guest Service Agent

About the Role

We’re seeking a Room Attendant / Guest Service Agent who takes pride in creating beautifully presented guest rooms and love guest interaction. This role is a great opportunity for someone who wants to growth in the industry. Due to the size of our hotel and team we need a new team members who is not shy to get involved. 

• 30 Hours minimum guaranteed
• Minimum commitment of 3 month with possibility to extend over spring/summer season.
• Starting date: November

This role includes:

• Servicing and cleaning guest rooms to a high standard
• Assisting with laundry and general housekeeping duties
• Supporting other areas of the hotel, including helping in the breakfast lounge, assist duty manager with guest arrival host canape hours in the evening.
• Maintaining a friendly, professional manner when interacting with guests.

About You: You’ll be someone who:

• Has an eye for detail and takes pride in their work
• Is reliable, positive, and enjoys being part of a small team
• Has flexibility to assist in other areas of the hotel
• Previous experience in housekeeping or hospitality is an advantage, but full training will be provided
