Calf Rearers

We are currently seeking a calf rearing couple or individuals to help rear approx 190 calves on farm.  

This is an extremely physical job which involves lifting 10-20kg calves and getting them to learn to drink off a calf feeder, warming milk and lifting buckets etc to feed calves in a pen.

Shared Accommodation is supplied - cost: $80.00 per week per couple or $80.00 per week per individual.

Wifi - $60.00 per month (shared expense)

Roster is 6 days on and 1 day off.

Invercargill is 20 minute drive from the farm and we do have a local dairy within 10 minutes.

It is preferable that your stay would be no less than 3 months.

No experience is necessary as on the job training is given - but would be extremely helpful if you possess calf rearing skills.
