Experienced Bartenders Beachside

We are on the look out for experienced professional bartenders with good energy, to join us at the beach either at our busy restaurant Esplanade or wine bar Piccolo in St Clair, Dunedin.

The Esplanade is a bustling Italian beachside restaurant specailising in wood-fired pizza and fresh pasta.

Piccolo is a small wine bar and bottle store with delicoius snacks and an interesting wine-led drinks list. Wine and generally high level of beverge knowledge is an advantage in this role

We ask for a minimum of 4 months commitment and ideally you'll be available to stay through summer.

You will have a great work ethic, a positive outlook and enjoy making people feel welcome. 
You must have an understanding of how a busy bar works, including; building drinks, cocktails, working quickly, at the same time engaging with our customers and keeping everything shining .

Dunedin is a great city for those who love the outdoors and want to explore the South Island - its also got New Zealand's most consistent surf breaks - we are a university town and accommodation is easy to find and affordable.
